Our Menu

Guests choose their entrees from our present menu offering abounding choices. The remaining 4-courses are Chef’s choice as follows; Bread course-hand crafted Onion Twist and Croissants, an old French recipe from the early 1900s. or feasibly Pain De Provence a French medieval Olive Oil bread. Soup course – a divine offering of a variety of Old-World European flavors. Examples, Caramelized Leek Bisque, Old English Oyster Chowder, Crab Bisque, Wild Mushroom and Chestnut Bisque. Salad course examples – A composed salad of Pheasant with cider dressing, a bleu cheese with greens, fruits and nuts. Smoked Shrimp salad under a dome of Mesquite smoke served with Canterbury Royale’s house dressing, and a Fresh statuesque Pear layered with dressed greens, French cheese adorned with cranberry and nuts. Dessert Course – Patisserie De Paris, Old World Classics to the latest culinary creations of Europe.
Cocktails and Wines are chosen by a wine cellar expert in Maine. Sold separately, we are not a BYOB establishment.
